The shoulder joint is a very versatile Pork joint and produces a great roasting joint for the Sunday table

When cooked slowly the shoulder is just perfect for Pulled Pork.

This joint comes with the rind on and is scored to ensure lovely crisp crackling.

Our shoulder joints start in size from1.5kg

Chefs Cooking Tip

Season the joint with good quality sea salt prior to roasting.

This product must be kept refrigerated at below 5° C

Delivery Information

Whether we ship our pork to you fresh or frozen you can be sure it will reach you in perfect condition. We use APC Overnight parcel service for all our deliveries to ensure you get your pork delivered fresh and in perfect condition. We process and ship all our orders on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday. Please contact us if you require a specific delivery day.
